GLA Group corporate governance

A corporate governance framework agreement for the GLA Group was published in May 2009.

It relates to the powers and duties of the different elements within the GLA Group – the Mayor, the London Assembly, the chief officers of the GLA, the Functional Bodies – setting out their respective roles and responsibilities and the ways in which they do and should relate to each other.
