How well did we handle your complaint?

As part of the process of monitoring and improving how we respond to complaints, we ask everyone who has had cause to complain to complete a short monitoring questionnaire titled: How well did we handle your complaint? You should complete this questionnaire only if you have already made a complaint and received a response from us. You will need to refer to the reference number on your response correspondence.
