Human Resources Officer

£30,097 - Fixed term contract or secondment until 17 December 2010

We are looking for an experienced human resources officer to play an important role in the provision of a human resources service to a range of business partners. This is a particularly wide-ranging role. Your expertise will be vital in providing support to other senior members of the team on virtually all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and remuneration to conflict management, performance management and equal opportunities. You will be a well-rounded human resources professional with good awareness of current and forthcoming legislation, best practice, and use to working in a high profile function. You will have excellent IT skills and the ability to work effectively within a complex environment. In addition you will be equally comfortable dealing with payroll input, contractual amendments and other generalist human resources administration and maintaining staff information electronically and in hard copy.
